Information collection
This static information surface is designed to be crawlable and educational. If a future quote form collects personal information, that form should disclose what is collected, why it is collected, and how it is routed.
Do not submit sensitive driver, court, payment, or license information into any field unless the form clearly identifies the receiving party and purpose.
